How do I book a ticket?
Choose your event, select the ticket type and quantity, and complete the secure checkout. Your e-tickets arrive by email instantly.
Where do I find my tickets?
Tickets are emailed to you and also available under "My Bookings" once you're logged in.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by each organiser. The policy is shown on the event page before checkout.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Most events allow transfers — check the event page or contact the organiser.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Listing & Selling
How do I list my event?
Create a free organiser account, click "Create Event", fill in details, set up tickets and publish. The whole process takes around 10 minutes.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payouts are released 3–5 business days after your event ends, straight to your bank account.
Can I sell on my own website too?
Yes — embed our checkout on any website, or use the API for full custom integrations.
What about marketing?
Built-in tools include promo codes, email campaigns and social share assets — included on the Professional plan.

How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. Reset emails arrive within a minute.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes — payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partners. We never store full card numbers.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@justeasybook.com from your registered address and we'll process your request within 7 days.
